You don’t have to carry everything on your own—and you don’t have to have it all figured out to begin. Reaching out for support takes courage, especially when life has been shaped by trauma.

 

Whether your experiences feel recent or long ago, they still matter. You’re not broken—you’re human. In my work as a trauma counselor, I offer a compassionate, steady space where healing can unfold at your pace.

 

Through trauma-informed care and EMDR therapy, we’ll work together to gently untangle what’s been weighing you down and help you build confidence, emotional safety, and a deeper sense of grounding. You deserve more than just surviving—you deserve to feel whole.

In the first session we will establish your goals for counseling and collaborate on a treatment plan. I listen from a position of a trauma-informed place.  In the following sessions, we will begin the process of counseling and move forward at the pace that we both decide is the best of the therapeutic process.
