A first session is designed to get to know me and me getting to know you and your goals for counseling.

I am out of network for insurance. If you would like to receive a receipt for counseling, I would be happy to provide it for you so that you can file with your insurance for reimbursement.
Most sessions are 50 minutes. I may offer longer sessions if needed, especially for EMDR therapy.
Frequency depends on your goals. Many clients start with weekly or biweekly sessions and adjust over time based on progress, scheduling, or comfort level.
